The Company was founded on October 11, 2019. The vision began and was inspired from a return trip the owner made to Guyana after 36 years to celebrate its 50th anniversary of independence in 2016. The creator Orville decided to create this brand with his two sons Jadon and Dajaun.
Essentially, 592 Clothing is inspired by fashion fetched from the pride lands of Guyana. It is a new way of bringing Guyanese living abroad closer to their homeland and also allow non-indigenes to share in our pride and heritage. Clothing, being a basis of culture and originality is also a basic form of identification. One should identify with his/her origin by tapping into their culture from anywhere across the globe. Interestingly, this fashion line is focused on 2nd, 3rd & 4th generation Guyanese living abroad.
The company began this journey to raise AWARENESS through fashion. From time immemorial, the people of Guyana are known for their delightfully versatile culture, hospitality and passion for living. In this fashion, 592 Clothing is creating a platform for people to be closer to the land of many waters, with the desire to inspire all to visit and give back to our parent’s home.
